If you have filed a complaint, or you are thinking of filing a complaint, under the Canadian Human Rights Act, and you have questions about the process, complete the form below to request a free, confidential, 30-minute legal information session.

Please note: the sessions are for legal information only (general guidance on the law and the complaint process), and not legal advice or representation.

The legal information sessions are available only if you do not have someone to represent you in your human rights complaint. If you are unionized and your complaint relates to your employment, you must first ask your union to assist you – we can only provide a session after your union has said they cannot help you.
